today was my official first day of school.
it started out with a heavy downpour, ruining my new Esprit pants, a hearty breakfast at mac with kristy, before lessons with an ex-high society journalist turned lecturer, making no less than a gazillion trips up and down the crummy slope (which i'm SO close to bearing hatred towards), buying one textbook, and, well, getting to know more people.
food is a highly effective mood-changer. ;)
it was rather exciting i suppose, save for the drastically evolved weather. :)
i think there is no end to the variety of people God has created, which was what truly amazed me today.
oh, and i saw loads of newtowners, as usual. somehow, newtowners just seem to be EVERYWHERE, even where i worked!
isn't it fascinating how fate brings people together? it ain't exactly the most pleasant experience all the time, like this francis guy i got to know from spanish class, who was ULTIMATELY weird and attention seeking. :S
there is one kinda cute nino from accountancy in my spanish class though. his name's kai kai.. see, even his name is so adorable! :D
